Product overview
FY series submerged pump is a new type of pump produced by our company through improved design based on the traditional corrosion-resistant submerged pump and the advanced technology of similar products of Sulzer company in Switzerland. This pump cancels the mechanical seal commonly used by other submerged pumps and selects the impeller with unique structure, which makes the pump efficient, energy-saving, leak free and long service life, so it is widely used in petroleum, chemical and manufacturing industries Pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other industries.
Product features
1. The pump is a vertical submerged pump with beautiful appearance. It is directly installed on the storage tank of the medium to be transported without additional floor space, thus reducing the capital investment.
2. The mechanical seal is cancelled, which solves the trouble that the mechanical seal of other submerged pumps is easy to wear and needs frequent maintenance, saves the operation cost of the pump and improves the working efficiency.
3. The unique centrifugal double balance impeller is used for conveying clean medium without solid particles, with extremely low vibration noise and high efficiency; the open double balance impeller is used for conveying unclean liquid with solid particles and short fibers, which runs stably and is not blocked.
4. Higher service temperature 400 ℃.
