2、 Maintenance of wqk / QG submersible sewage pump with cutting device:
1. The electric pump shall be managed and used by special personnel, and the insulation resistance between the pump winding and the shell shall be checked regularly, and the minimum value shall not be less than 0.5 megohm. Otherwise, the stator must be removed and dried, and the insulation resistance can be used only after the insulation resistance is increased.
2. After each use, especially for thicker and sticky slurry, it should be put in clean water for several minutes before storage.
3. After every 300 ~ 500 hours of use, the oil hole screw at the waist should be opened and supplemented with pure No. 10 engine oil, and the mechanical seal should be used to maintain good lubrication. If a large amount of water is found in the oil chamber, it indicates that the mechanical seal is invalid and should be replaced.
4. After starting the electric pump, if the flow is insufficient or the lift cannot reach the specified value (except for the large resistance or blockage of the pipeline), it may be that the direction of the pump is reversed. At this time, the power supply should be disconnected and any two of the three phase lines of the cable should be replaced with each other, and then the pump can be started after the measurement is connected.
5. After disassembly and maintenance of the electric pump, the sealing performance must be checked by 0.2MPa air tightness test.
6. The elbow and the electric pump are separated and placed in the board box. Please install the elbow on the electric pump. If the electric fruit is connected with the pipeline, it is unnecessary to install the elbow.
