In centrifugal sanitary installation, the position of the pump should be lower than the suction liquid level (if the installation position of the pump is higher than the suction liquid level, tank pump should be carried out before starting the pump). Before use, check whether the rotation direction of impeller is correct;
Whether the nuts of the pump inlet and outlet pipe joints are tightened; the sealing ring between the pump cover and the pump body is well padded. Steam disinfection should be applied before use to ensure food hygiene.
A butterfly valve shall be installed at the outlet of the pump to control the flow. In case of long-term overload, do not damage the motor.
CIP cleaning should be carried out immediately after the pump is used to prevent material adhesion. Manual cleaning is required if CIP is not available. During cleaning, hot water can be used to pass through, and then dismantle. Brush all parts of the pump that contact with materials, and then wash them with water. After cleaning, install them in order.
In use, if there is material dripping on the ground after the pump shell, it indicates that the shaft seal is leaking. At this time, check the mechanical seal device on the shaft. If the wear is severe or the seal is damaged, it should be replaced or ground before use.
