2、 YG vertical centrifugal oil pump features:
1. The pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area and low construction investment. If the protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the lengthened shaft of the motor, with short axial size and compact structure. The reasonable allocation of pump and motor bearing can effectively balance the radial and axial load generated by pump operation, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively prolong the service life of mechanical seal.
4. It is easy to install and maintain, without removing the pipe road system. All rotor parts can be extracted by removing the nut of pump coupling seat.
5. The pump can be operated in series or in parallel according to the requirements of flow and head.
6. According to the requirements of pipeline layout, vertical and horizontal installation of pump can be adopted.
3、 Working conditions of YG vertical centrifugal oil pump:
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or maximum working pressure of pump system ≤ 1.6Mpa, i.e. pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be put forward separately when ordering, so that the overflow part and connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature < 40 ℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium is not more than 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2 mm.
Note: if the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the centrifugal pump manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seal.
