ISW horizontal centrifugal pump is designed according to the unique structural combination of is centrifugal pump and vertical pump, and designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standard ISO2858 and the latest national pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB / t53058-93. The pump is optimized by domestic advanced hydraulic model. At the same time, according to the different temperature and medium, hot water pump, high temperature pump, chemical pump and oil pump are derived from ISW type, which are the current national standard finalized and promoted products.

Main uses
ISW type pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature T: ≤ 80 ℃.
Iswr (WRG) hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels and restaurants, etc. boiler high temperature hot water pressurization circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pump. Iswr operating temperature T: ≤ 120 ℃, WRG operating temperature T: ≤ 240 ℃.
Iswh type horizontal chemical pump is used to transport liquids without solid particles, corrosive and similar to water viscosity. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber departments. The operating temperature is t: - 20 ℃ - 120 ℃.
Iswb horizontal oil pump is used to transport gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene and other petroleum products. The operating temperature is t: - 20 ℃ - 120 ℃.
Service conditions:
Suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or higher working pressure of pump system ≤ 1.6Mpa, i.e. pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be put forward separately when ordering. In order to make use of cast steel for the flow passage parts and connecting parts of the pump during manufacturing.
Ambient temperature < 40 ℃, relative humidity < 95%.
The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium shall not exceed 0.1% of unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm
Note: if the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering, so as to use wear-resistant mechanical seal.

3. Iswh horizontal chemical pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors, with service temperature of - 20 - 120 ℃.
4. Iswb horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport oil, kerosene, diesel oil and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the medium to be transported is - 20-120 ℃.
