The rotary vane vacuum pump is a two-stage eccentric vane structure. It has an eccentric device, the rotor in the pump hole and the rotating blade in the rotor slot. When the rotor drives the rotary vane to rotate, the rotating vane is tightly adhered to the cavity wall, which separates the air inlet and outlet, and periodically expands the volume of the air inlet chamber to inhale, while the volume of the exhaust chamber periodically shrinks the gas and pushes the exhaust to obtain vacuum. Compared with the domestic similar products, 2x rotary vane vacuum pump has the advantages of less power consumption, high vacuum degree, low noise, beautiful appearance and light weight. The shape and structure of all kinds of 2x rotary vane vacuum pump are basically the same. The pump is driven to the rotor by the motor through the triangle belt. The motor and pump are fixed on the chassis with screw clamp plate.
Type 2x rotary vane vacuum pump is composed of pump body, high rotor, low rotor, front end plate, rear end plate, high rotor, low rotor, exhaust valve, exhaust hood, mirror and other parts.
A middle diaphragm is pressed into the pump body of 2x rotary vane vacuum pump, and the pump shell is divided into high and low vacuum chambers. Each chamber has an exhaust valve. The exhaust of high vacuum chamber is connected with the intake of low vacuum chamber. The front end of the high rotor extends out of the front axle and the rear end extends out of the rear axle. The front axle is supported by the bearing of the front end plate and extends out of the front plate through the oil seal chamber; the rear axle is supported by the bearing on the middle partition plate. The rotor of the low vacuum chamber is installed on the rear axle, so the high and low rotors are driven by the front axle. Both high and low rotors have split slots, and the T-shaped blades are installed in the slots by springs. There is a filter screen at the air inlet and an oil screen at the exhaust port of the 2x rotary vane vacuum pump.

If there is a pump with gas ballast device, a certain amount of condensable steam can be removed.
