2、 The features of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump are as follows:
2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low noise and convenient starting. The 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with air ballast valve, which can prolong the service time of pump oil and prevent the pump oil from mixing with water. In addition, there are measures to prevent oil return (2xz-8 none) and measures to prevent oil seal oil leakage from polluting the site.
2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is made of ferrous metal and aluminum alloy, which is a more precise equipment. The main working parts of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump are immersed in special vacuum pump oil. Therefore, it is not suitable for the removal of high oxygen, toxic and explosive. The gas which reacts with vacuum pump oil or corrodes ferrous metal cannot be used as compressor and pump.

Application range and conditions of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump:
1. 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is the basic equipment to obtain vacuum. It can be used alone, and can also be used as the pre pump and pre pumping pump of various high vacuum systems.
2. The air inlet shall be continuously open to the atmosphere for no more than three minutes.
3. It is not suitable for pumping out the gas which is corrosive to metal, has chemical reaction with pump oil and contains particle dust, so as to contain too much oxygen and explosive gas.
4. Do not use as compression pump or delivery pump.
5. The working environment of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump: the relative temperature is not more than 90% within the temperature range of 5 ℃ - 40 ℃, and the inlet pressure is less than 1333pa, allowing long-term continuous operation.
6. When installing and connecting the power supply, the wiring shall be conducted according to the provisions of the motor label, and the rotation direction of the motor shall be consistent with the arrow direction on the support.
7. The diameter of the pipe of the continuously pumped vessel should not be less than the inlet diameter of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump, and the pipe should be short and with few elbows. At the same time, pay attention to the leakage of the pipeline.
8. The oil level should be checked before starting each time. It is appropriate to fill oil to 4 / 5 of the diameter of the oil gauge glass when stopping the pump.
9. Clean sy1634-701 vacuum pump oil is used as pump oil.
10. It can be started at one time under atmosphere or any vacuum degree. If it is difficult to start XZ-1 single-stage pump, it can be started by pulling off the intake pipe plug cap, and then put into operation.
